Synopsis

Juliana (Mwixx Mutinda), a young Mother, is Pushed to the Edge by the daily Struggle of Life in Nairobi. When her Support system Crumbles over the course of one Day, she must Decide whether she is able to Care for her young Child (Talia Jasmine). Winner of Best Producer in Film, at WIFA 2025, the incredibly talented Shirleen Wangari also has Accolades for ACT OF LOVE. Inspired by a True Story on Post-Partum Depression, the Film has an astounding 22 Festival Selections, 26 Nominations and 11 Awards to-date; including Best Lighting, Best Editing and Best Sound Design at the prestigious 13th annual KALASHA International Film & TV Awards in Kenya, during 2024.
